Koelner SA


Soul & Mind Group Brand Design
We’ve signed the cooperation agreement with Koelner SA, an international holding company hiring 1,600 people in 16 countries worldwide. Under the agreement, we are designing the brand architecture and strategy for each brand: Koelner, Rawlplug, ŁF, Globus, Modeco and Modeco Expert. Since the Client has  an extensive portfolio of 15,000 products, which are the top quality fixings, connecting elements and tools, our cooperation is of a long-term nature.

TV Monini


Task: TV campaign as the next step for the Monini brand in the Polish market outlined in the strategy developed by Soul and Mind.

Solution: Monini’s TV campaign was aimed to strengthen the image of extra virgin olive oil as the most popular one among Polish consumers. The campaign was focused on ambience, emotion, quality and good taste, namely the features of a perfect lifestyle product.

The technical side of the campaign was refined to the last detail. As a result, the viewers appreciated the sophisticated, yet expressive, quality of the Monini TV spot. This first Monini ad produced outside of Italy was broadcast on major TV channels, successfully completing the brand marketing activities to date and highlighting its unique style.

Loyalty program - Weber Extra Class


Task: Designing and introducing solutions establishing long-term relations with construction companies using Weber products.

Solution: The loyalty program is based on a communication platform. The sales portion of the platform is based on a point collection system supported by periodic activities which increase the attractiveness of the program. At the same time,

the platform makes two-way communication with customers possible and provides the company with more information about customers’ preferences and expectations. The application of 3D codes helps gather unique logistic data and increases the program safety. Due to its unique nature, the program allowed for the goal implementation at a much higher level than originally planned both in terms of the level of customer participation and their activity increase.

Peklimar


Task: Launching a new brand of sausages. Designing the brand architecture based on the Client’s existing portfolio taking into account the new brand. Creating an image of the brand and sales strategy together with the communication strategy and marketing activities to support the process of the new brand launching.

Solution: A comprehensive project involving the Brand Design & Development.

As a result of a detailed analysis of the market environment, brand positioning and key competences, the architecture of the Peklimar umbrella brand was developed. The brand is recognizable and strongly associated with high quality and the Lucky Seven sub-brand. This enables the introduction of emotional communication. The family nature of the product was emphasized by the number of sausages in the package (7 pieces) adjusted to  the 2+2 family model. The culinary nature of the product was strengthened by the “Cook book offering 77 ideas for....”.

The family nature of Lucky Seven was promoted in all communication materials: websites, printed advertisements and promotional campaigns where a major family award (a new car) drew the participants’ attention to many other awards dedicated to individual family members.
