Loyalty program - Weber Extra Class
Task: Designing and introducing solutions establishing long-term relations with construction companies using Weber products.
Solution: The loyalty program is based on a communication platform. The sales portion of the platform is based on a point collection system supported by periodic activities which increase the attractiveness of the program. At the same time,the platform makes two-way communication with customers possible and provides the company with more information about customers’ preferences and expectations. The application of 3D codes helps gather unique logistic data and increases the program safety. Due to its unique nature, the program allowed for the goal implementation at a much higher level than originally planned both in terms of the level of customer participation and their activity increase.
